Many people think of shift work as monotonous work on a production line. That's not the case with us. The work is very varied. In my area, we don't have night shifts. Shift work offers a lot of free time and the opportunity to balance work and family well. I appreciate many things at Iprona: good pay, daily fresh fruit, sweet pastries on Fridays, paid breaks, the canteen, the well-equipped kitchen, parking, and flexibility. However, my personal highlight is the parties and celebrations when all the employees come together.

Production
I like the responsibility in my job and work with high-quality products. The work is very varied, and the shifts give me a lot of free time. I appreciate benefits like the garage and bonuses. It's also great that our work clothes are washed. Additionally, we are a great team, and the working atmosphere is excellent.
