Apple trees, vineyards, and plenty of sunshine characterize this patch of land in the heart of the Alps, known as South Tyrol, one of the largest enclosed fruit-growing areas in Europe. Right there, in the heart of this breathtaking and legendary landscape, our family business, iprona, has been based since 1981.
By introducing the unified brand "iprona", the entrepreneurial family is taking bold steps towards the future. The respectful collaboration with our 600 dedicated employees remains firmly embedded in our company's DNA. The next generation is ready to continue the legacy with innovation and tradition.
The structure, offerings, and leadership of the company remain unchanged – only the name will change.
We have developed new technologies, manufactured innovative products, and expanded our headquarters to always provide our customers with the highest and safest quality and a broad range of products.
iprona is among the most important international companies in fruit processing. Our product range includes concentrates from berries, citrus fruits, and tropical fruits, as well as infusions, coloring food products, functional polyphenol extracts, and tailor-made beverage bases.
Our Integrated Management System is certified according to internationally recognized standards ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
This ensures that we produce high-quality, hygienically impeccable, and safe products, taking into account important aspects such as environmental protection, workplace safety, and the health of our employees.
To meet the needs of our customers, the majority of our products are Halal and Kosher certified. Selected products can also be provided as Kosher for Passover certified upon request. Additionally, our products are GMO-free, and we can offer a selection of our product range in organic quality if desired.
