We work backwards: starting with the concept idea of the finished beverage, we define the path to the base ingredient and identify the best raw materials to be used. We carefully select suitable ingredients and create initial trial formulations. Only after the recipe for the finished product is finalized, we optimise the composition to minimise water, sugar, acid and other components. This creates a production-ready and economically viable base for the bottling company.
